Free Drone Inspection
A certified crew lead walks your roof while the drone maps it overhead — 21 checkpoints, high-res photos, and a written repair-or-replace verdict inside two business days. Free for every Middle Tennessee homeowner, no obligation.
How it works
Step 1
Call the office or use the contact form and tell us the address and what prompted the call — a storm, a leak stain on the ceiling, or just an aging roof you want a straight answer on. Our scheduler confirms a two-hour arrival window within 48 hours, and you don't need to be home for the exterior portion. The inspection is free for every Middle Tennessee homeowner — not "free with a signed contract," just free.
Step 2
A certified inspector — one of our own crew leads, never a commissioned canvasser — physically walks every accessible slope while the drone flies a mapped grid overhead. Between the two, we cover all 21 points: shingle condition, hail bruising, wind-lifted tabs, flashing at every penetration, valleys, ridge vents, gutters, soffit and fascia, and visible decking sag. Steep or slick slopes the inspector can't safely walk, the drone covers at 4K.
Step 3
Within two business days you get a written 21-point report by email: high-resolution drone photos of every slope, close-ups of anything we flagged, a plain-English note on each of the 21 checkpoints, and a repair-versus-replace assessment with real numbers. If there's storm damage that qualifies for an insurance claim, we document it to adjuster standards — dates, measurements, and photo references your carrier can't wave off.
Step 4
We tell you one of three things: your roof is fine (you'd be surprised how often), it needs a targeted repair, or it's genuinely time to replace. About a third of our inspections end with "don't spend money on this yet — call us back in two years." The report is yours to keep either way: take it to another roofer, hand it to your insurance adjuster, or file it away. No follow-up pressure calls.
What you get
Every slope shot in 4K from a mapped flight grid — including the steep and slick sections no honest inspector should be walking. You see exactly what we see, not a verbal summary.
Shingles, flashing, valleys, ridge vents, penetrations, gutters, soffit, fascia, and visible decking — each one gets a pass, watch, or fix note in the written report. Nothing lives only in the inspector's head.
Bruised shingles, lifted tabs, and creased ridge caps photographed with dates and measurements to insurance-adjuster standards. If a claim is warranted, the paperwork is already done.
The report ends with a real recommendation and real prices, pulled from the same flat-rate sheet on our pricing page. No 'we'll sharpen our pencil if you sign today' games.
The person on your roof is one of our own crew leads with a decade-plus of Middle TN roofs behind him — paid a salary, not a commission on what he 'finds.'
No contract required to get the report, and no follow-up pressure campaign after. Roughly a third of inspections end with us telling you not to spend money yet.
