    We come out within two days, walk the roof, fly the drone, hand you a written 21-point report and photos. No sales pitch, no upsell.

    Written estimate — line item by line item

    Shingle, underlayment, ice & water shield, ridge vent, flashing, labor. Each line priced. No 'mystery scope,' no 'as-needed' charges.

    Install — one or two days, no surprises

Can you do a repair instead of a full replacement?
Yes — if a repair is the right call, that's what we recommend. About 30% of homeowners who call thinking they need a replacement leave with a $400–$1,500 repair instead. We get paid either way; we'd rather you trust us in five years when you do need a new roof.
What's the difference between three-tab and architectural shingles?
Three-tab is the flat, single-layer shingle you see on rentals and older homes — 20–25 year life, lower cost. Architectural shingles are dimensional, multi-layer, look like wood shake from the ground, last 30–50 years, and resist wind much better. We install architectural by default unless you ask otherwise.
How much does a typical Middle TN roof cost?
Most single-family homes in Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, and Murfreesboro fall between $12,000 and $24,000 for a full architectural-shingle replacement. Storm-damaged roofs paid through insurance are usually deductible-only ($500–$2,500 out of pocket). Free estimate, no obligation.
Do you handle commercial roofs?
Yes — TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and metal commercial systems. Mostly small-to-mid commercial: offices, restaurants, churches, multi-family. We're not chasing big-box warehouses.
